Description
This item is for daily math journaling for ages PK - 1 regarding both 2-D and 3-D shapes.
What's different about these math journals compared to the others: These journals include a mixture of journal prompts, interactive notebook entries and individual creativity.
I created these math journal items with the mindset that some days we have more time than others for journaling. Some days we only have time for a quick 5 minute entry while other days we may have ample time available for the students to cut and paste. These journals allow for that flexibility.
80+ pages of shape journal entries/activities including:
- Basics about shapes and their color
- Matching different size shapes
- Learning sides and corners
- Creative shape activities where kids design their own pictures
- Patterns with shapes
- Counting with shapes
- Adding with shapes
- Etc.
If you like these journal entries please like my page as I will be putting out the following in the next coming weeks:
Journal entries/Interactive notebooks for numbers 1-10
Journal entries/Interactive notebooks for numbers 11-20
Journal entries/Interactive notebooks for addition/subtraction
