This math key words powerpoint is a great, quick assessment to use everyday! Each slide contains one math key word. You can use this in a variety of different ways. Students can be called on to tell you what operation that particular key word tells you to do, you can use it like a quiz and have students write down the correct operation, or you could even group students in teams and play it like a game. I have found it most useful to use as a warm-up activity in the morning. Using this powerpoint and reviewing these key words everyday has made a tremendous difference in my students ability to solve math word problems!
