Description
Are you finding your little ones are having difficulties mastering two step story problems? Look no further. I have created a quick and easy template for students to use when learning/mastering this strategy.
In this packet you will find 28 different (mostly) two-step story problems. (One step story problems are thrown in here and there to make sure students are READING and paying attention. If the pack was just all 2 step problems, then there would just be practice with that. We want our kids to know when to have a multi step story problem vs. just adding or subtracting)
This pack has fall themed story problems, with no mention of Halloween. Halloween will have its own pack. It is meant to be a half page booklet to save paper. You could also have them glue it into interactive notebooks as it will fit perfectly in that as well. I use them as a center in my Guided Math rotation! The kids LOVE them!
Make sure to follow me to find out when more story problems will be added! Practicing two-step story problems just once isn't going to get mastery. It is something that should be practiced regularly and I will have more coming soon!

I loved using this with my second graders! Thank you so much!
I love this resource and will definitely be back for more resources!
Thanks
Cute booklet and great resource!
This is a great resource for practicing two step word problems. The one or two digit problems allow the students to focus on the process.
This was the PERFECT way to practice 2 step word problems! I LOVED the steps and it helped my students learn to work through the word problems!
Exactly what I was looking for! Excellent practice for my students to figure out if word problems are one step or two steps!
