My students use this sheet to choose a portion of their math activities for the week. The activities they MUST do include: differentiated assignment, curriculum assignment, ADD sheet, decimals, fraction check, statistics, geometry, and algebra The activities they can choose from include: flash card quiz, calculator check, integers, accountability, math tutor, create a quiz, range mean median mode, measure up, math review, and family budgeting. The students staple all their work behind this sheet, marking which boxes they have completed. This is a one page document. I also have a Reading Matrix for sale.
