A fun way to incorporate lessons about percentage, sales tax, discount, tip, and interest rates. Students spend a class or two creating their menu and discount coupons. Then over the course of a couple of classes students host a "lunch" where other students sit down and "order" from the menu. Students will have to come up with sales totals and all that goes into a restaurants profits.
