Throughout the school year, these two documents are placed at the front of my students' notebooks. My students use 3-ring binders, and the bellwork sheet works great for keeping students on task when class begins, and there is plenty of room for students to solve most larger equations in one box. The bellwork can be picked up weekly if you want students to complete multiple problems each day, or you could collect the forms half-way through the quarter if desired.
