Description

To Incorporate Drawings and Pictorial Representations in the Low Grade Levels call for students to represent and solve addition and subtraction problems using objects, fingers, and drawings. We should not limit students to work only with concrete objects. When students are ready they can solve problems with objects, and also record their work with drawings. The process of having students use drawings should progress from: first, using only concrete objects, second, using concrete objects and drawing representation, and third and last representing a problem with only drawings.

Great for math stations, intervention groups or individual work. Just print on card stock or construction paper then laminate for durability. 45 cards with pictures, numbers, drawings, symbols, instructions, cover, back cover and directions to play in your Math class.
