This is a self assessment rubric designed for students to use to evaluate their own work. They are able to review their work in solving a math word problem and evaluate how well they followed through with the steps of problem solving as well as showing their work. This is a tool I often use to see overall how well my students understood the problem that I presented to them as well as if they can accurately evaluate their own work. This allows student to evaluate their progress in the Mathematical Practice Standards of Common Core.
