Have you ever noticed that football teams wear different uniform combinations and wondered how many possible combination there might be? This fun set of lessons is perfect to use during football season to sneak in some extra math problem solving. Students will figure out how many uniform combinations are possible and explain their thinking.

There are 3 student sheets each with answer keys and manipulatives for each activity (in PDF format). Each day's activity also includes an interactive SMART Board file with colored uniforms that are infinitely cloned so students can easily create all of the uniform combinations.

NOTE: You don't have to have a SMART Board to use this lesson, but it's more fun if you do!
