Using a spreadsheet computer program, students will work together in groups of four to develop a game called "Categories" similar to the game "Jeopardy." Students will review and demonstrate their knowledge of the associative, commutative, identity, distributive, and inverse properties for addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. Integers, fractions, and decimals will be integrated into the game. This should be used at the end of a study for a summative assessment.
