Math Quests COMPLETE Bundle (EASY Levels ONLY) - Printable Fun Math Worksheets
Share

Description

This Math Quest Bundle contains all of my Math Quests up to date (easy level pack only). ONLY the EASY difficulty levels included for each quest in this bundle.

Please note that Math Quests are different from the Math Mysteries in my resource range. In my opinion, the Math Quests are more challenging compared to the Math Mysteries. There is a lot more reading involved with these too. Learn more about them below.

What is a Math Quest?

It begins with a story, as in the video hook. Then continues in 'chapters.' Each chapter reveals the next part of the story, posing a math task to complete. Once the math task is complete, students may progress to the next chapter. The final chapter will present some choices for actions to take in the story. Students make their choice and then complete the math in that section, carrying out instructions to receive a 'special number.' If they do the math correctly, the special number will match up to their ending of the story on the final page. Four alternate endings to receive!

What are Math Quests used for?

Great to use for enrichment, early finishers, use one page at a time as part of a math-warm up or use as a way to get lots of math practice in with a fun twist. Set as independent work or pairs to go on this story adventure.

Preparation & Set-Up

You will need to print, photocopy and have the video ready for viewing to complete this activity. The video hook is for (optional) viewing before starting the paper part of this task. The math component of this activity is on paper, with each chapter presenting a part of the story to read and a math task/challenge or puzzle to 'progress' through the story. At the end of the story, choices are presented, which leads to one of four alternative endings for them.

Differentiation

This bundle contains all of the EASY LEVELS ONLY. You may choose to use only one level, or you can easily swap same chapter pages across the different levels to differentiate the quest. The levels are symbol coded at the top of each page, so you can keep track of what level students are working on while also keeping it a secret to them. If you would like to check out the differentiated bundle with all three levels easy, medium and hard >>you can find it here<<.

There are Video Hooks available for all of the Math Quest packets.

MATH QUESTS INCLUDED IN THIS BUNDLE (Easy Level versions only)

Click on the individual Math Quest title links below to check out the preview for each quest packet, view video hooks, find out about the type of math skills covered, or to purchase separately if you wish.

Please Note: If I make any more printable Math Quests (easy level) in the future, I will add them to this bundle.

Thank you! :)

I use this with my high school students who have moderate to severe disabilities. It is a great way to engage in math activities before the holiday. Some pages are too difficult, so I do have to modify them, but plan on using the modified version year after year so it is worth that initial work. Thank you!
