Description
This is a quiz that can be used to assess students or provide extra math practice for Module 5 Topic A. The questions are based off of the Engage New York (Eureka) math program. I also tried to use the test format that might appear on PARCC tests (as seen on PARCC practice test.)

This tools has been my most used tool. Students seem more relaxed and less intimidated using this over other assessment tools! LOVE IT.
Great time saver.
This is such a good resource for students to have for end of the year testing. They have similar questions.
These really helped me to visualize other ways to ask questions that relate to the standard without copying problems from
a workbook. It was a great way to have kiddos show their understanding of the standard independently prior to a test! Thanks for creating!
Would love if Module 5 could be purchased in a bundle! Including an Answer key would save SOOO much time though
You rock!

CCSS4.NF.B.3a
Understand addition and subtraction of fractions as joining and separating parts referring to the same whole.
CCSS4.NF.B.3b
Decompose a fraction into a sum of fractions with the same denominator in more than one way, recording each decomposition by an equation. Justify decompositions, e.g., by using a visual fraction model. Examples: 3/8 = 1/8 + 1/8 + 1/8; 3/8 = 1/8 + 2/8; 2 1/8 = 1 + 1 + 1/8 = 8/8 + 8/8 + 1/8.
CCSS4.NF.B.4a
Understand a fraction 𝘢/𝘣 as a multiple of 1/𝘣. For example, use a visual fraction model to represent 5/4 as the product 5 × (1/4), recording the conclusion by the equation 5/4 = 5 × (1/4).
