Description

Teachers can support student learning by using these math reference sheets to create meaningful and useful student math journals or notebooks. Each math sheet is crafted into a journal tab that provides a general overview of the math unit. The tabs serve a dual purpose of helping students maintain math notebook organization and providing a cheat sheet of important math operations. The math quick reference sheet on each tab includes vocabulary terms, formulas, conversion charts, examples, and more! This resource covers 12 math units with each tab being EDITABLE to fit any math curriculum, making math notes with 5th graders much easier! All content aligns with fifth-grade CCSS.

Math Reference Sheets Include the Following Units:

  1. Add and Subtract Fractions
  2. Add and Subtract Decimals
  3. Multiply and Divide Fractions
  4. Multiply Decimals
  5. Long Division
  6. Dividing Decimals
  7. Word Problems
  8. Algebraic Expressions
  9. Coordinate Plane
  10. Measurement
  11. Perimeter, Area, and Volume
  12. Geometry

***Also includes a front cover page, back cover page, and table of contents.

***Unit dividers are EDITABLE in both digital and PDF formats! Editable, in this case, refers to the ability to rename the title of each math unit and its corresponding tab. Teachers can rearrange the tabs according to their own scope and sequence for math instruction. Each unit divider comes in 5 editable divider options (one for each tab position).

Use the math reference sheets to help make math notes quick, easy, and accessible by giving students a system for organizing their learning. These math tabs will keep math interactive notebooks looking tidy, and double as a math resource for struggling students.
