This long-term assignment was a chance for my 6th graders to reflect on their experiences in math throughout each Quarter (but it could be used in any content). It allowed me to assess their understanding of content and also get student feedback to help me plan for future lessons. It was presented at the beginning of the Quarter and collected at the end. The students loved it!
