This is a tool that can be used in elementary school, middle school and high school mathematics classes so that students can self assess their own attitudes about math. There are four categories so that you will be able to identify at the minimum where they stand in one direction or the other. This can be used after an activity, in between grading terms, or after a test, in the beginning and end of a school year, or as an individual center activity. Promotes self reflection and meta-cognition.
