Description

This document has all of the Common Core Standards (CCSS) for math within the grade levels of Kindergarten, first, second, and third grades. The different grade level standards are color-coded for easier differentiation.

I use this form to help track which math standards my students have not mastered yet. I can give it to Para-professionals or others helping in the classroom so they know which standards to work on with students.

I also use it to group my students into small groups for targeted math interventions.

After testing students on the standards (I use Moby Max to do this), I fill in which students have not mastered each particular standard. They I use that to give them targeted intervention. I retest and update every other month. I often teach both first and second grades, but I like to have the standards go from K-3 to encompass students who are still working on Kindergarten standards along with those who are working ahead.
