This math resource provides students with a continued understanding of 3 digit numbers. Students will practice comparing numbers within 1,000. Students will be asked to identify which number is greater, lesser, or equal, create their own number comparisons, and identify why a number comparison may be true or fals.. These task cards are directly tied to the 2nd grade common core standard NBT.A.4 compare numbers within 1,000.
If you aren't familiar with task cards they are an engaging way to get students practicing math concepts. You can use this activity in a variety of ways ( scoot game, review, practice, assessment).
