This is a tutoring program I created in order to help my students who struggle with the basic concepts of math. If they complete the program, they are recognized as a Master of Math. The 15 steps are 15 different areas of math they must cover. It begins with fluency in basic addition and subtraction and ends with converting fractions to decimals.

This comes with forms for the teachers or mentors to track student progress and most importantly a Student Goal Sheet, which will help keep record of where the student is at and where they need to head. For each step there are 3-4 levels they must complete in order to master that step. This is not an overnight program, and would take time. However, the fluency in math will be well worth it. Each step builds off of one another, and touches on the basic concepts of math, which will help the students inside and outside the classroom.
