Description

Show your students that algebra and trigonometry can be close to their heart. These are .gif images of Valentines drawn from Math Equations. The equation for each heart is written at the top of the Valentines. There are six different equations that produce a heart shape. Some of the Valentines have been drawn as Fractals. The images have a transparent background, so they can be drawn on top of text or other pictures in a Word document. Black and white versions are included so they can be drawn on red paper. Students can add the Valentines to their word document and write a message, or the Valentines can be printed on white paper so they can color them and add a message by hand. Although the Valentines can be used by children of all ages, the mathematical equations used are appropriate for high school students.
