I primarily work with struggling students in a small group setting. Many teachers in my building do not do very much work with numberlines, so these are a fun and stress-free way to incorporate it into our work to giv ethe students some exposure and experience with them. Some students have decided that it is exactly the model they need and have convinced their own teachers to use them more frequently!
