- This is a math daily number sense routine used to build students' critical thinking, math reasoning, evidence supported arguments, & love for math.
- This routine addresses multiple CCSS standards and Mathematical Practice Standards.
- This routine will build your students’ number sense and ability to justify their math reasoning.

- Every slide gives your students an opportunity to practice with rounding

How can you use Math Warm Up Rounding Which One Doesn't Belong in your classroom?
- Use it as a warm up, do now, exit ticket, or homework assignment.
- Slides are ready to print and use with students tomorrow. Truly, NO PREP
- There is no ONE right answer. An answer is only as good as the reasoning and evidence to support it.
- Activities were designed to hit certain standards, but if students’ aren’t ready there are plenty of other ways to categorize the choices. For example, some slides were designed to address factors. If your students’ aren’t ready for factors they may notice that the numbers are odd/even, add up to make the others, etc.
