This package includes 80 editable math story problems that are based on first grade Common Core Learning Standards. All first grade problem solving constructs are included! You will notice that the math situations are arranged in order of difficulty and that they’re organized by type of math situation. They are all editable in Microsoft Word so that you can insert your own students’ names before printing. My students quickly learned to cut on the dotted lines, glue the problems into their Problem Solving Journals (marble composition notebooks) and set to work. These word problems should provide you with a full year of perseverance and great math talk! Although these constructs are based on first grade Common Core Learning Standards, they would make great review for second graders!
