Math code 1 is a fun series of distance learning BOOM cards that test a student's mental math skills with basic arithmetic through a fun game of trying to find the right numbers to make all the sums work.
A 2x2 grid is displayed into which the student must place 4 numbers. These numbers sum in both directions (horizontally and vertically) to make 4 additional numbers. Only the correct permutation of numbers added to the grid will result in the sums all working out correctly.
The first few slides are relatively simple, and will allow the student to get the hang of things. They become progressively more challenging as you progress through the deck.
In this deck, only addition sums are presented. Check out my other decks for similar math puzzles but with subtraction, division, multiplication and even various combination of them together.
