This grading scale is intended for use in non-honors classes, as it seeks to aid students who at times struggle to learn new concepts. I have spent two years tweaking this scale to where I feel comfortable with it, and after using it for the last year and a half, I feel that the grades my students earn reflect their effort given and understanding of the material present on the test.

NOTE: I do not let my students know about the grading scale, as I want to see their very best work on quizzes and tests.
