Description
This Mathlete Competition is the perfect way for your high school geometry students to practice and review circle theorems! In this fun activity, teams will compete as individuals and as groups to become the Mathlete Champions of circles! Includes slides for PowerPoint (editable) and Google Slides.
Round 1:
12 questions. Students answer as individuals to earn points for their team. 60 seconds per question.
Round 2:
3 questions.Students work together with their team to answer harder, more complex questions. 5 minutes per question.
* Topics Include: Inscribed angles, arc measures, tangent and secant angles, tangent and secant segments, properties of chords, properties of tangents, equations of circles
