This is a summative unit project for systems of three variables and matrices focused on nutrition. Student need to research 9 different nutritional labels for certain nutritional facts. Included is a rubric for students to follow as well as questions to consider once the project is completed. This project and poster took two to three in class days(50 minute classes) to complete.
