Utilize this user-friendly Excel file to multiply two matrices together.
I am always glad to receive comments, questions, or custom project requests/ideas. I am passionate about finding ways to use Excel to make teachers' lives easier!
All you have to do is type in the elements of the two matrices you would like to multiply together. The formulas are written to accommodate matrices with dimensions of 6x6 or smaller. [It is important that you align the top leftmost element in the upper left hand corner of the provided matrix template.]
This product is a quick and easy tool that can be used to check your work, check someone else's work, and/or help you make an answer key.
*To ensure the formulas are not accidentally deleted or altered, I have locked certain cells and protected the sheet. If you are interested in obtaining an "unlocked" version, please contact me, and I will send it to you.
