Mean, Median, Mode and Range Word Problem Task Cards is a set of 28 tasks. Each of the tasks requires the reader to find the mean, median, mode, or range of a set of numbers. The means of the sets are not all whole numbers. The reader must sometimes add a decimal and zeroes behind it to find the mean. Most sets of numbers contain an even amount of numbers. This means the reader must take the mean of the two middle numbers to find the median. There is not one clear-cut mode of most of the sets.
