This unit covers measurement word problems. The word problems are 1-step and 2-step and involve addition and subtraction through 100. There are unknowns in all positions in the word problems and students write equations with variables. Students work with inches, feet, centimeters, and meters. They illustrate their answers using rulers and number lines.
