Description

A great option for both traditional and virtual learning, this deck of ten digital task cards on the BOOM Learning website is all about accurately measuring liquid volume in graduated cylinders. This deck is a great diagnostic tool, formative assessment, or review. The first six cards have students examine different graduated cylinders to determine their measurement intervals (what the tick marks are counting by). One card is about a meniscus and measuring from the bottom of the curve and not the top. Two cards are simply measuring the liquid in a filled graduated cylinder. The final card has students compare the volume of liquid in two different graduated cylinders. All graduated cylinders with liquid inside show a meniscus and not a straight line. All cards are click the correct response. Click on PREVIEW to see some of the cards in this deck and to find a link with a playable preview.

These digital task cards work on laptops, desktops, Smart Boards, Chromebooks, tablets, and any other mobile devices that can access the Internet. They are self-grading and allow you to track student progress. No printing is needed.
