The Google Forms version is set to 1 point per question for a total of 20 points. All questions are fill-in-the-blank. The answer possibilities have been pre-filled for you so they will self-grade. For example, if the answer is 4 3/4, I have set the form to accept "4 3/4" "4 3/4 inches" and "4 3/4 in" as correct answers.
