I used this for my 10th grade Biology class when they were learning to use microscopes and also for their exploration for what organisms they could find in pond water. It worked great and saved me a lot of time since I didn't have to make it myself!

The first page of this resource is exactly what I wanted. However, the second page of the pdf downloads "fuzzy." It is the same file as the first page, which was crystal clear, so I don't believe this was a technical issue on my end. If the low quality of the second page doesn't bother you then this worked great for my students to record microscope observations in .
