Description

This bundle includes FOUR of my most popular (and most useful in my own classroom) products:

  1. Language Patterns for Essay Writing: This gives students a variety of language patterns to use when drafting any type of essay! Using these patterns helps to develop student language skills and gives them access to advanced vocabulary.
  2. Language Patterns for SCR Writing: This gives students a variety of language patterns to use when drafting short constructed responses to prompts. They can be used for quick literary analysis or for exploring other ideas! Like the essay language patterns, this resource develops language skills and vocabulary.
  3. Language Patterns for Summary Writing: This gives students a variety of language patterns to use when drafting summaries of both fiction and nonfiction texts. Using these patterns helps to develop language skills and gives them access to advanced vocabulary.
  4. Types of Middle School Academic Writing: This resource includes the purpose of the three main types of academic writing: summaries, SCRs, and essays. It explains the purpose of each type, provides language patterns, and provides a writing sample! I use this as a handout and reference page for my own middle school students.

This bundle is everything you need to get your students to level up their writing!
