The hyrbid teacher model has been overwhelming and I was trying to find a way for students to quickly let me know if they have completed any missing or late work. I decided to create this google form that is quick and simple. It asks their name, the date, name of the assignment. It reminds students if they do not know the name of the assignment to look back at schoology, google classroom, or progressbook. I feel that this form allows students to be accountable for their actions, but it is simple enough for them to fill out.
