Missing Homework Excuse Form for Students
Share

Description

Last year I created a "form" for students to fill-out when they did not have their weekly Homework ready to turn in on Friday.

This helped me when conferencing with parents. When the child had zeros on a progress report, I could easily take out the HW excuse forms filled in by the student. It did help the students feel more accountable.

You'll need to tweek it to your needs.

Enjoy!

Thanks for this handy missing homework form. I also give my students a homework packet due on Fridays. I teach 3rd grade, so I changed the document to make the font bigger and easier to read. Well done, and thanks again for the freebie!
