Description
A great way to introduce modeling addition equations. Students use sticks of gum to represent the variable and operation sign, and mini marshmallows to represent one. I recommend enlarging the last page to about 150% on your copy machine using larger paper so the students can glue on their edible materials. The kids will "eat this lesson up"!
