I bought this and used it once. It did a great job of explaining how to use algebra tiles I just wish it had more practice embedded.

I used this after 2 days of using algebra tiles (no paper/pencil). This is a great way to connect symbolic notation to the models. It is very appropriate for 8th grade TEKS. Last page of practice is with rational coefficients. some of the problems are models others are equations. I like this because I could easily modify for students by allowing them to draw models (or not draw) as needed.
