End of Quarter Class Feedback Form

We all want to make sure the voices of our students are heard, and what better way to hear what they have to say than an end-of-quarter feedback survey? This quick one-page survey gives students an opportunity to talk freely about what they love about your class (because there's so much to love!) and what they would like to see made a bit better (we've all got areas of growth). They even get a chance to provide you with some advice - just like we do for them every day!

Additional biographical information

With two kiddos of my own, a hubby, and a greyhound, it's tough keeping up with everything! I love to pin all the things on Pinterest when I get a few minutes of free time. Weight lifting and nutrition are super important to our family - healthy bodies mean healthy minds for learning!
