- Comprehension and text feature questions
- A web graphic organizer
- Questions comparing the two articles
- A migration map and questions
Completion of the lessons takes 2 - 3 class periods. The lessons fit well in an ELA class, science class, or enrichment. They can also be used as morning work or with a sub.
