Money Task cards: Money Task Cards are a fabulous tool to review coin value. They can be used individually or in large or small groups. Extra practice, review, assessment, centers, and as an extension for early finishers, are just a few of the ways to use Money Task Cards in your classroom. They are also great for differentiating work.

There are three sets of money task cards included in this resource:

Task Topic #1. Recognize coin value. Count the coins and write the amount.

Task Topic #2. Draw monetary amounts. Draw the coins to show the amount. I have my students draw a circle with a P inside, a circle with N inside, etc.

Task Topic #3. Show it another way. Coin values are given and students draw different coins to show the same amount but in a different way.

There are 4 pages for each task with 23 cards per task topic . A recording sheet and an answer sheet for each is also included.
