Here is a fun project for kiddos to show their understanding of Punnett Squares and Genetics! This project is a bit more in depth than my other Genetics activities (see other activities on my TPT page).

In this project students use their knowledge of Inherited Traits, Alleles, Genotypes, Phenotypes and Punnett Squares to create a Baby Monster.

Project includes:

• Chart of Inherited Traits and Alleles
• Chart of Mom Monster and Dad Monster traits
• Chart to record Baby's Alleles, Genotype and Phenotype for each trait
• Steps on how to find Baby's Alleles for each trait
• Page for Punnett Squares - use the Parent Monsters genetic information to determine the possible outcomes for their Baby Monster’s genes
• Sketch page
• Rubric

I use this as a final project for this unit!
