It is to help students show comprehension in their daily reading. I have created an easy to use homework packet that has a monthly set of homework that can easily target the skills we review. Every week has activities for Monday- Thursday. These Homework activities are review of what you are focusing on in class.
INCLUDED:
- September through May included in this Packet (4 days a week).
- Print & digital options included, see page 4 for digital info.
- Color and BW options available
- Answer Key is provided for each month for Sentence Editing Portion
- Students log Story Title, Amount Read, and Pages Read, and answer comprehension questions which assist with students accountability
- Summary, Main Idea, Characters, Setting, Connections, Predictions
FOCUS LEARNING:
- Each day students edit 2 sentences
- Editing sentences for grammar
- Capitalization, Punctuation, Commas in a series, Dialogue, Usage, Homophones
TEACHER TIPS:
- This packet can be used for: Homework, Bell Work, Independent Work, Station Work, and more!
- Print packet by month and copy front to back. (total 8 pages per month)
- Review over with students on Friday.
