This is a Moon Phases File Folder Sorting activity. I LAMINATE the moon pieces and then use velcro to attach them to the page. The moon phases and Earth diagram is glued directly to the file foler after being laminated.

This is a WONDERFUL activity for students with special needs. This activity can be used as an introduction to new material, an enrichment activity, assessment tool and or a study guide!

This item could also be left AS IS and given to students as a CUT and PASTE activity.
