One of my "assistant principaling" duties is morning bus duty. In order to make sure all the buses are accounted for I use this bus roster. It has a spot to fill in your school's name at the top and the bus numbers/driver's names along the side before you print it out. Then you just fill in the week and write down the time/check off each bus as it arrives.
