Completing homework can be a challenge for some. Here is a sporty homework chart that can be a useful visual to keep track of when a student completed all their homework on a weekly/monthly basis. The chart includes a rewards area where the student can have a visual of what they are working for. There is a line for weekly rewards and monthly. A valuable reward(s) can help increase motivation.

This is best used if printed and laminated, for multiple uses. It is also useful to use velcro on each square and sticker for easy use. If lamented, you can also use dry-erase markers which are easy to erase as well when the month is over.
