🍪Teacher Tip**

I like to hand out the Simple Encouragement Cards with a small bag of candy on the first day of school, after each student has introduced themselves and has said one thing they excel at and one thing they want to improve.

I then hand out the Fun Motivational Candy Cards before all State Testing.

Lastly, before the final exams, I fill out an Inspirational Message Card for each of my students with at least two things I want to highlight about them. I also make sure to include any areas of struggle they are improving on or any growth they are making.
