Move it Math | Number Bonds (Teens, and Up to 50)
Best used with the Move it Math | Spill Cup Mats *FREEBIE
All you need is a set of Solo cups and some Base Ten Blocks (Tens and Ones)! Fill the cups with random "teen" numbers (or numbers up to 50 if using the advanced activity sheet). Students will have lots of fun roaming around to "spill the cups", play with the blocks to discover numbers, and decompose into "Tens" and "Ones" on a number bond format.
Alternative ideas: Use picture Base Ten cards instead of blocks
Repeat the activity again: Use Number Cards (numerals) instead of Base Ten references
