Description

Let students teach and explain how to solve multi-step equations by making a paper-slide video! Paper-Slide Videos are a great way to promote responsibility and working cooperatively with classmates. It also integrates technology!

Students should be put into groups of 3 or 4.

Each student should have a role (recorder, speaker, paper-slider) and all should contribute to making the slides. I let my students use their phones to record, but you could easily use other devices.

Print out the direction sheet and rubric for quick and easy use or make adjustments to fit your classroom needs.

I hope you enjoy!

We used this activity as a fun way to practice and reinforce our multi step equations skills before our assessment. The kids had fun and were really engaged.
