Description
Multiple Intelligences in the Classroom is a short practical guide to incorporating Multiple Intelligences in your everyday lessons, activities, and projects. Students really enjoy investigating the Multiple Intelligences, discovering where their personal strengths lie. This is also a great way to incorporate social-emotional learning into a mathematics classroom. I have two basic ways that I incorporate multiple intelligences: intertwined together like a stew, or as a buffet of choices. I will share with you how to incorporate both of these methods into lessons and activities that you already have. This quick guide honors your time by being short and practical. If you wish to delve further into the topic, I’ve included a book recommendation for further study.
This resource includes:
- Printable Multiple Intelligence Checklist
- Hints for getting started
- Classroom example picture
- Link for online Multiple Intelligence survey that is student appropriate
- Multiple Intelligences book recommendation for teachers
