This activity can be used in your Google Classroom or via Microsoft TEAMS as a Breakout Room Activity. Contains 4 Scenarios in which students will first identify the variables and then create their own table, graph and equation to represent the situation. Finally, students must decide if the situation is additive or multiplicative. A great all-in-one resource that combines TEKS 6.6A-C!

Student-Centered Digital Activity that combines the following TEKS:

  1. 6.6(A) Identify independent and dependent quantities from tables and graphs
  2. 6.6(B) Write an equation that represents the relationship between independent and dependent quantities from a table
  3. 6.6(C) Represent a given situation using verbal descriptions, tables, graphs, and equations in the form y = kx or y = x + b.
